EastWest does not assume any responsibility for accidents which are caused by its customers or can be traced to their own actions. The participants in Eastwest’s tours are responsible for their health during the tours and EastWest does not assume any responsibility for any incident related to chronic diseases or allergies.

EastWest does not assume any responsibility for any accident that happens out of the buses we use to operate the tours and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow the safety rules at all times in all the places we visit.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, the driver reserves the right to deny boarding to anyone showing clear signs of intoxication or serious illness.
The driver may also assign seating as needed during the tour, for example to distribute weight more appropriately in the vehicle for safety reasons or to ensure that families travelling with young children can remain seated together.

Passengers with reduced mobility must travel with a companion who can assist with their safety and well-being throughout the tour. We strongly recommend that passengers with reduced mobility contact us in advance to discuss available options and any potential risks.

EastWest accepts no liability for accidents or incidents arising from a passenger’s reduced mobility. Due to the reduced space available for storage, wheelchair, and mobility scooter users, must contact us before to confirm the measurements of the equipment.
