This is a full-day, small-group tour (approximately 12 hours), designed to offer one of the most complete and memorable Iceland Solar Eclipse 2026 experiences.

On the day of the Iceland Solar Eclipse 2026, guests will travel through the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, exploring key locations as conditions allow. Because weather and traffic are critical on eclipse day, the program is intentionally flexible. Our experienced local guides will continuously adapt the route and timing to ensure the best possible experience.
Snæfellsnes offers over two minutes of totality, the longest eclipse duration in Iceland, surrounded by glacier-capped volcanoes, lava fields, black sand beaches, cliffs, and dramatic coastal scenery.

Between 15:30 and 15:45, we plan to arrive at Lýsuhóll, a private horse farm and our final destination for the day.
Eclipse experience at Lýsuhóll
Guests are welcomed with a drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options), followed by an early dinner featuring Icelandic cuisine prepared with local products.
The Iceland solar eclipse 2026 will be viewed from a calm, private rural setting, and eclipse glasses will be provided.
There will also be time to relax, explore the surroundings, and see Icelandic horses and other farm animals outdoors around the property, adding a distinctly local and authentic dimension to the experience.
